Dr. Alexander Lin and the FaceShift team receives a Catalyst Final Award

Congratulations to Alexander Lin, MD, MBA, FACS, and the FaceShift team on receiving a Catalyst Final Award in the Digital and Computational Health category for FaceShift – Progressive, Algorithm-driven Face Shaping. The project explores a new frontier in pediatric craniofacial care through an AI-driven, non-invasive platform that combines advanced 3D scanning with patient-specific progressive guides designed to help reshape pediatric facial differences — potentially reducing the need for later surgical intervention.

At a moment when artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping medicine, this work stands out not simply for its technological ambition, but for its patient-centered vision.
