Ms. Harish serves as the Senior Director in the Department of Surgery. She helps lead the Department's short and long-term strategies for departmental growth and innovations in the Divisions of Transplant Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery & Vascular Surgery& Endovascular Surgery, Immunogenetics and Transplantation Laboratory (ITL), and Biostatistics Core.

In her role as Senior Director, she is responsible for strategizing, developing, planning, and implementing effective administrative structures and financial arrangements to support the operations and strategic priorities for each program.
