Vascular Surgery Podiatry Student Rotation Program

Vascular Surgery Podiatry Student Rotation Program

The Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery has established the Center for Limb Preservation, with a steadfast commitment to delivering comprehensive care to patients grappling with critical limb ischemia and its associated complexities.

Under the leadership of Dr. Michael Conte, Chief of Vascular Surgery, and distinguished podiatrist Alexander Reyzelman, DPM, our division takes pride in its role as a clinical site for Samuel Merritt Podiatry Students.

Every month, we warmly welcome two 3rd/4th year Samuel Merritt Podiatry Students to undertake rotations at the Center for Limb Preservation, providing them with invaluable hands-on experience.

This clinical rotation not only enriches the educational journey of the podiatry students but also cultivates a distinctive and dynamic learning environment for our residents and fellows at the University of California, San Francisco.
